Our website is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be absolutely confident that your details are held safely. Once your order has been processed the details are removed from the site.
Most orders can be normally despatched to your delivery address within 2-3 days, unless the order includes cushions in which case the delivery can be up to 21 days. This allows us the time to make up your unique order.
Some larger items require a signature and cannot be delivered without one.
Dispatches are on a next day delivery basis to most GB mainland locations, excluding highlands & islands. If an item is available immediately, and we receive your order before 2pm, we will attempt to deliver next day. If you have given us special instructions about the date of your delivery, we will attempt meet them, subject to the above.
If an item of fabric is temporarily unavailable or has a longer lead-time, then you will be contacted with the choice of an alternative fabric or item or a revised delivery date. Alternatively you may cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited at time of order. Our consignments are delivered by courier.
We deliver Monday to Friday, but can make special arrangements, please phone us for details.The website is automated for UK delivery. If you require delivery to another country, please contact us so we can obtain delivery costs for you. If you choose to have the parcel left at your unattended house, we cannot accept responsibility for it once delivered by the courier.
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing (email or post) within 7 days of placing the order. We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
For rolls of wallpaper, we can only accept returns of 3 or more rolls per design/pattern number - we are not able to do refunds on 1 or 2 rolls. Please ensure you purchase the correct amount of rolls you need in one order. We cannot guarantee that the same pattern purchased at different times will be the same batch number and , hence, there may be be shade differences
This allows us to keep our prices competitive. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.Some of the furniture is supplied flat packed. If you are missing assembly components, then please contact us for assistance.
